Lots of rain and wind. You are up on a western hillside out of the
worst of the wind, though. You can see the river to the west already
starting to overflow it's banks.

Woof can't be sure of that. The ranch is 60 klicks downstream, away
from the river and on higher ground, so it is *probably* safe. There
could be some stock isolated or washed away, maybe even some
outbuildings, but the ranch should be above anything this flood can
do.

No, you're on the wrong side of the river and you don't think you can
cross it right now. On this side of the river there aren't any ranches
or farms that you know of.
