OOC: I'm going to summarize so we can move past some of this...
In the barn, Jez found a shovel handle for a splint and got the man's leg immobilized. A backboard was brought to the ruined barn and the man was strapped to it. With the help of Arvitis and Woof the injured man and his son were moved to Sickbay.
Woof and Arivitis opened up the side of the barn allowing the bull to splash out of the barn into the receeding water. The bull looked almost lost in the unfamilar environment, but didn't give any resistance to having a rope tied around his neck and the other end to the frame of the barn. He wasn't going to wander off, and he had both water and straw here.
Back in Sickbay, Mira quickly looked her new patients over. The boy was pronounced fit, and Jac delivered him to his mother and siblings in the galley. Mira then turned to the father and worked on his leg. He needed a blood transfusion and to have the bone set in his leg, but once that was done and he was injected with anti-shock drugs all he needed was a session under regen. Mira set it to an hour and the machine began to do its work.
While all this was happening, the Random Walk arrived at the Mae Lee's location. The lights on the Walk showed that the waters had almost completely receded from the area around the farm houses. The ship's boat entered the ship's hanger and the door closed behind it.
Ricardo lifted the ship and flew the short distance down the river to the Lika ranch and landed in an large open area just west of the complex. The crew was welcomed and spent the remainder of the night resting after a long and tiring day...

...the next morning the injuried rancher is much better, as is the pilot. Mira announces that each is well enough to be released. She puts Bettik under regen and completes his treatment. She is especially pleased at how well he looks and moves when she allows him up from the bed...he is very hungry, but he is also moving as if he had never had a crippled leg.
The Mae Lee takes the farm family back to their ranch. Several of the Lika vargr go with them, carrying a large quantity of building materials, to help them rebuild their barn and repair their house. The family is very grateful, and it is clear that you all have gained major status with the Lika pack...Woof *knows* what this means and it's all he can do to keep from bouncing around like a pup.
Then it is off to Mutha to pick up Doctor Page, rejoining him with his wife, before flying back to the starport. As you are enroute back to the starport Ricardo gets a message from the broker asking when the cargos and frieght can be delivered. Shortly after landing at the port, trucks begin arriving at the side of the Mae Lee ready to unload their crates and containers into her hold.
