ooc: Where does she get the stuff? and when does she have the partner 
meeting to approve it?  Inquiring tempermental female must know  Cause 
Mira is *not* likely to like the 'easier to ask for forgiveness than 
permission approach...' so I need to know if I need to jump in with a 
temper tantrum or not...
