Eight minutes pass and then there is a twisting feeling in the pit's of everyone's stomach and the ship emerges from Jumpspace. On the bridge speakers fill with the sounds of traffic in the system, data and voice, and the sensors begin to show signals of both ships and planets orbiting the star. Shawn does a quick check, this is Mark, and the ship is just about where he planned for it to be. You are further out than you'd have liked, but the position of planets and the stars forced that. It looks like you have a 26 hour run ahead to get into the mainworld. Arvitis opens his eyes breathing heavily. It looks like he's still suffering from disorientation every time the ship goes into or comes out of jump. He scans the sensors and says, "Nothing close to us." Frowning slightly he cocks his head and tinkers with the comm, "Someone is calling us by our call letters, Ricky. I'll put it on the speakers." "...on asteroid base calling the Mae Lee, please respond...This is Ilane Lanik on asteroid base calling the Mae Lee, please respond..." is repeated through the speaker.
