> Shawn called and ordered two double portion filet mignon dinners to > be laid aside for them. The driver says over the limo's comm, "We will be arriving in one minute, Si Smith." The diver is hidden behind the dark glass partition, but you can look out the side windows and see the lights of the broad street. There are brightly lighted theaters and resturaunts along both sides of the street. The limo floats up to the entrance to of one of the theaters and stops. The driver is opening the door before Shawn can get it open and he holds it for you both. As you leave he says, "Ring me when you are ready for me to pick you up, Si Smith." > When they arrive, Shawn escorted her into the theater as though she > were the queen and he the luckiest man on the planet. The theater's marque is large and neon lighted. The name of the play, "Who Killed Cousin Paul?" screams out in bright red letters a meter high. Below it the names of the stars scroll across the marque. You don't recognize any of them, but then you don't know the stage actors of Mark. At the door a uniformed doorman holds the door open for couples and small groups walking into the lobby beyond. Inside there is a line to the left where people are trying to buy tickets. On the right is the ticket pickup window where Shawn can pick up the tickets he pre-ordered. "Si Smith, party of two." the young vargr female behind the window says, "Here you are, and enjoy your evening." You walk through the doors handing your tickets to one of several usher who are waiting to escort people to their seats. "This way, if you please." says the young man who escorts you inside and down onto the floor where there tables are spread out facing the stage. After Shawn seats Ilane and sits down himself they both look around. The floor in front of the stage, now shrouded by a curtain. There are several dozen tables here and most are already occupied. Behind and to both sides of the floor where the diners will be eating there is a balcony where people will be seated to watch the show. Most of these seats are still unoccupied, but will probably fill up as time for the performance draws nearer. Off to the left and right wings near the stage you can see what appear to be private booths that will look down on the stage. There is music playing from the theater's sound system, but it appears to be "canned" not live. A waiter comes over carrying a tray with bowls of salads, a covered basket sitting on a pair of small plates and glasses of water. He says, "Good evening, Si and Sianna. My name is Antonio and I will be your waiter this evening. You're entrees are being prepared. Your salads, bread and water." He serves the items adding, " May I take your drink orders?"
