lower level of salvage. The fact she is uncontrolled is the factor."

OOC: For some reason, I think current maritime law says 10% of the value of the vessel if it is dead
in the water and has to be rescued. That may not apply here so what is the law, Eris, for both
unoccupied and occupied?
