The orange tabby's ears flick forward and he raises his nose slightly to sniff the back of Mira's hand. The brown calico moves slightly in response to her companion and cocks her head looking up at Mira. Behind her the door hisses open as Jac reenters with a cheery, "Not knowing what they eat, I brought some meat and some greens." The two animals pull back at the sound of the door and Jac's voice. Then both dart off the table launching themselves in a glide for the top of the medicene cabinet where they voice a mixtures of chitters and hisses with their tails curled up under them.
