With that the pair enter the library and leave Jezebel Lysia David on her own. Lysia looks around. In the parking lot there are a large number of ground vehicles parked in neat rows each within its own space. To one side of the parking lot, catacornered from the library, is a three story stone building with a sign proudly proclaiming it as "City Hall." Directly across the parking lot from the Library is a small strip mall. From the titles on the store fronts there is a dress shop, a beauty salon, a media store, a restaurant, and a pichi hall...Jez doesn't know what a pichi hall is, but from the outside she'd guess it's some sort of game or gambling hall.
