When Woof returns to the galley, Jac has shown unexpected talents and has a pot of coffee already brewing in the coffeemaker, and is putting out mugs for everyone. Seeing the whiskey bottle, Jac chuckles, "Yes, that might improve my coffee, but with the lack of sleep and food, I suspect a slug of that will also put us right to sleep." Ricardo and Jez smell the coffee as they head down the corridor toward the galley. They also hear chuckles and the murmur of conversation.
