Once Ricardo and Lysia finish at the Port Captain's office they head toward the offices of the brokers. The brokers have their offices next to a large warehouse near the starport. The sign above the door says Link and Ellis Import/Export. When you reach the door you see a smaller sign that says Joyce Ellis and Orion Link, brokers.
