Merrin and Des go through standard shutdown procedures back in
Engineering. For the standard landing fee the ship will be
able to draw standby power from the local grid as well as
connect to the local network. This port has some repair
facilities and refined fuel available.
"Captain, we're ready to connect to external power on your command." Merinn
calls.
"Rodger that, Merinn," he says. "I'll tell you when we're ready here," he
adds, and finishes getting the ship ready to switch over. "Switching to
external power, Sharda," he says before continuing to Merinn with "switch it
over, Merinn".
