OOC: Eris, you said we each had comdots. Tell us a bit more about them. Is the link encrypted? Do they talk to each other or to some type of repeater on the ship? What type of range do they have? For instance if one went for a jog in the starport would the comdots still talk to the ship? I assume we can use them as a type of intercomm and they also work for connecting to external comms. How about voice recognition. Can we talk to the "computer" and give commands? ie "lock stateroom doors."
