Well, having been a player in Elyria, I don't have a society in Qaiyore at the
moment, and considering that I'm preparing to return to college, I'm not sure
if I can make the time to write a society proposal. HOWEVER, that said, there
are several societies in Qai that were movers and shakers that have become NPS,
and I was wondering if anyone would object to Elyrians like Qyrph and myself
taking the reins of these cultures; I'm thinking mainly of Celpalar, Cedonia,
Taltheran, Ka'Shari, and the Vr'aal, but there are many other possibles.
