"It is the understanding of those Eerith knowledgeble in the areas of human

which comprise the Kingdom of Burcany at this time and welcomes those
ambassodors of Burcany who shall prove commited to contacting the Eerith by
traversing to Myr-Kun but in no means grants surity of their safety.
Thus is the duty of the Eerith enacted regarding this matter.
