Ah ha.  Got it.  That should also take care of the "user ''" stuff you've
been seeing in the status reports, and all the de-distribbed people are
back.

(Excessively technical details:  'Distrib' is everyone who gets normal
mail. No subscriber should be *able* to be subscribed without being on
either 'distrib' or 'digest', but occasionally it happens.)
