Celandra is a game in which the players take the roles of societies, rather than playing individual characters. The players will invent a society with its culture and heritage, and will guide its development and interaction with the world. Emphasis will be be placed on developing a detailed history of Celandra, along with myths and legends.

I think Ian summarized things well.

We all will. That's how a lot of Elyria came about. The GM should have final say.
Someone mentioned creating a web site; he could be a keeper of guidelines.

I want to see one or more biggies with some independants.

I've quibbled with Pasztor but if he can commit to several years as GM I can find
common ground.

A multi-player culture will have a history. And several others will have been
interacting for a long time. I think a rich backstory could be valuable. My inital
model worked well for virgin territory, but Pasztor's wonder rich campaign calls for
anchient rhelics and forgoten ancients.

No.

How about psi? That's magic quantified. The big question is not if we want
different ways to break physical laws but if there are any laws that should remain
unviolated.

You left out -- how should time be treated? Do you want the slow pace of the
Calendra games or something faster, less detailed, but more epic.
