The Government of the T'sle'nei'sl consists of representitives of each of the 3 main Psionic arts , with seats for each of the minor arts, but these seats are only filled when a significantly skilled master of that art arises. The telepathy representitive is arguably in charge of the council, having the ability to block out any other member's input to the psychic gestalt that is the council (the council never meets in perso, because it would be far too dangerous). This has lead to several cases of declaration of bias, and some clandestine assasinations as well. The Council, as it currently stands: Telepathy: Ma'ra'li T'so K'le 30 yrs old. Female. Expansionist. A relative newcomer to the council, She is replacing T'kan Lo'l Le' a fairly conservative telepath who had an unfortunate accident with several tons of rock smashing his head. So unfortuante. Ma'ra'li is one of the young firebrands and desires contact with other societies, even if they are inferior. Telekinesis: Jl'on'te R'hn O'lm 25 yrs old. Male. Expansionist. Young, calculating, and cold, Jl'on'te masterminded the death of T'kan and the selection of the new Telepathy representative. Expansionist to a disturbing degree, most other representatives see him as frighteningly unstable, but fear to take any action. Unfortunatly, even if they did bring up complaints, he has Ma'ra'li firmly under his influence. Clarivoyance: Airn'er'kl T'en Q'redi 15 yrs old. Female. Neutral. Airn'er'kl is the youngest councilmember, and also quite possibly the most potent. Testing proficent in Clarivoyance at age 6, she had completed training at age 10, and achived mastery at 12. Voted into the council unanimously, he has been occupied recently with charting the currents leading into and out of the T'sle'nei'sl system. She is also the sole "witness" to T'kan's death, and would take action, but fears for her own life, and that of her family. Seats of the lesser arts: Biokinesis: J'ven'tiem N'il V'nom 60 yrs old. Male. Isolationist. J'ven'tiem would want nothing more than to quietly retire to his gardening, but with most of the council consisting of sqabbling children, he sees it as his duty to provide the wisdom of age. Able to manipulate plant matter on a cellular level, he is also in charge of most terraforming and environment restoration projects, and is attemting to produce psi-reactive biotech. Onierosurgy: C'man'sle X'or Z'nei 23 yrs old. Female. Isolationist/neutral. Eternally asleep, C'man'sle is often considered a figurehead for her position, but her ability to manipulate and control dreams from her slumber has proved useful, manipulating thoughts and ideals through the actions of the subconcious. Although she very rarely communicates with the rest of the council at large, she has taken a liking to Airn'er'kl, and if she were to find out about the danger she's in, would most likley react in as forceful a way as she could. Empath: G'fn'iu E'mo X'lor 29 yrs old. Male. Expansionist. Having mastered both receptive and projective empathy, G'fn'iu is quite possibly the closest thing to a propaganda minister amongst the T'sle'nei'sl. Having recently replaced his father, a fellow emapthy master, he has also taken up his father's tendancy twards bribery, subtle manipulation, and powermongering. Unlike his father, he is not in it for any sort of temporal power, but for the sheer sadistic joy of toying with the emotions of others, and the glee of watching the 3 high seats scramble to deal with his latest game.
