Celandra is a game in which the players take the roles of societies, rather than playing individual characters. The players will invent a society with its culture and heritage, and will guide its development and interaction with the world. Emphasis will be be placed on developing a detailed history of Celandra, along with myths and legends.

[Main] Looking for a point of view

But if someone would volunteer to write an 'overview' of either game
(perhaps from another 'point of view' - ie. a long-lived tourist :) as they
go on it would be great as a separate item. So... volunteers?

Dammit.

Take a look at the Remnant. If Rylen is OK with it, my people provide both
a "long-term" POV (claiming to have existed most of human history) as well
as an internal need and desire to maintain a canticle of what has
transpired. (I designed the Remnant for this 'utility' position actually).
There is a downside to having me do this, however: regular Qai readers know
my writing skills and are unlikely to give me free reign with a pen again
(malicious grin and fond remembrance of disrupting the plots of a dozen
societies with a narrative). If no one minds, though, this is the society
and idea I have had from the beginning and I would actually enjoy keeping
the "Canticle of the Main" as part of the Remnant's archives (so to speak).

concern him)
