Greetings ! The idea of the meeting is fun, so let's follow on. Since most of you live on the other of the ocean, what a nice occasion to visit Paris, eh ? Fortunately, I live there (that is, here !) and I'd be glad to receive you ! My parents have a large house one hour from the airport, and we already did the same for my sister japanese friends... so you are welcome. The only point is that your starting school and work, and I'm not sure you're gonna be free any soon. I don't even consider moving myself: you must be spread all over the States and as you will all have to move anyway... Besides, for our Finnish friends it's a lot closer. Kind of a midpoint. The other mid-point is Iceland which is a very nice country, but I don't have a summer house there (neither a winter one, BTW). So: I collect your reactions. If you are interrested tell me when and how long. For the pratical side, we can provide accomodations for many and we will have conference space to discuss, draw our maps and so on. We may even visit Paris...
