i know i haven't bveen active with it for several months and i am sorry about that...but i was wondering, maybe use a different system than the IH? well, mainly no dices and numbers and negatives and pluses. Like, we have our societies and we just write about them and what they are doing per year...but having bunch of players, it can make things interesting. of course, they will have rules and reality check type rules to prevent some problems which may evolve, but is interesting. I done something like this before and about to help start another at Apolyton.net forums base on the Alpha Centauri game. I will still be gming like make sure actions don't get overboard and input random events...and have a year per week.
