  I pass thee my Lord Alderwulfs greetings and wishes for a long and
friutful reign.  It has come to my Lords ears that you have proposed trade with
Aunderli, however my Lord has received no confirmation(delegation) to this
affect.  Naturally a misunderstanding has occoured, although we receive such
proposals with delight it is required that certain formalities be made.  My Lord
regrets that as is our policy not to hinder trade within our realm, it is also
our policy to have a record/ guidelines for such trade, without such policies
such trade must be regretably forbidden.  
  In the interests of both our nations, please readdress this small but
important oversight.
