The mailing list for both Qaiyoure & Elyria are alive. Jason Heaps
or Juuso can answer your questions about the map.
Pick a continent Qaiyoure or Elyria or both. Pick a society and
contact the appropriate GM w/ a proposal about what your ideas are for
the society and you should be able to jump in quickly.
Jason is very busy w/ school and work at the moment and maybe slow to
reply.
