After a quik look in the disator map.  I felt it was need to point out
for futer refrence that most of Northmarches coast is postioned in Ice
Bay which protected it from  the Disastor.  So their coastal defenceis
are still in working order and most of their Navy is proble still
intacked.  Inly the northern most reaches of Northmarch were afected.
(Were talking about five maybe ten miles.)
