To the magnaminous Alorian government,

  It has come to the attention of Turani Senn Council,
your loyal subjects, that the Alorian coastline was
hard hit by the disastrous Tsunami from the North. We
know that relations between our city and your regime
have been strenous over the years but we truly wish to
prove our loyalty to mother Aloria. We have organized
a crew of over 400 of the highest skilled laborers
available from our now defunct New Hope colony;
laborers which we are prepared to send down the
Coastline and assist in your rebuilding project. The 
coasal port facilities must be rebuilt as soon as
possible and we wish to do our part for the great
Alorian empire. 
    Although we have had our difficulties in the past
we wish you to know that we are greatful for the
protection that being part of Aloria affords us. We
know that as long as we continue to pay our taxes and
follow the laws you leniently oppose on us we will
forever be protected from any nations which would have
the audacity to attack the mightiest warriors in the
land. 
    Thank you for allowing us the priviledge and the
honor of sending our workers to aid you in your
renewal project.
