Our dearest neighbors in Aunderli,

 It is with much regret that we have been informed of
your misfortune. It is a strange world in which the
gods would punish the spiritual masters in Aunderli
but spare worthless technocrats such as ourselves.
Strange in deed.

     We offer you our assistance in rebuilding what
the wave has destroyed. We have a contingent of
skilled laborers that we are prepared to send at your
bequest. These men are the pioneers that turned a
worthless rocky island into a thriving harbor and
shipbuilding emporium at the now defunct New Hope
Colony. These are hard men but there are few others
out there that have the technical know how to aproach
a project of such magnitude. 

   Trade between out nations has just recently begun
but profit for both countries seemed iminent and very
fruitful. Then this wave appears and threatens both
our growth. We offer you these men in the hopes that
our two nations can once again join hands and reap
financial benefits. They are prepared to revamp your
main harbor and repair any wave damage on the
coastline. We are also including some master engineers
who are prepared to advice and consult you on your new
colony building expedition. With their training and
experience we believe you can have your new colonies
up and running twice as fast and at half the cost to
yourselves. 

 All we ask in return (other than the cost of
expensives and labor) is your continued goodwill and
the prompt renewel of trade between us.
