The players will invent a society with its culture and heritage, and will guide its development and interaction with the world. Emphasis will be be placed on developing a detailed history of Celandra, along with myths and legends.

Okay, you will get seperate actions of the past for the Merging of 
Tesh-Canor into the Nation of Tenor and for the founding of the Nation of 
Haran. The Recovery actions i have posted in the Razanians 1428.

To quickly say about the tidal wave...Qaiyore is a fantasy game which is 
base on early Medieval to early Renaissance tech. You base your judgement on 
how much damage a tidal wave can cause against Modern Present time cities 
which could easily recover such disasters.
