Hi!  Not sure whether it's explicitly recorded, but Aixelsydan and Aryisa
have had a friendship/informal alliance since near the beginning of the
game (with its origins occuring when Aryisa sent its excess grain to
alleviate a famine in Aixelsydan).  Note that the Aixelsydani probably
support Duke Danan's Guardian faction (and thus their Asagmari Front, as
fell as the currently figurehead Regent) rather than the currently
(narrowly) dominant Crusaders and their Grand Council (presently the
ruling body of Aryisa).
