Hello again,
I decided to work with exactly what I have
and gradulally change things. Anyway here are my
yearly orders and mandates.
1. We must expand and train our police force to more
tollerable levels. While creating a standing army
seems impractile at this time, more and better trained
civil units seem necessary. This will include
anintelligence branch that will keep vigle both
internally and externally. +1 Authority (law and
order) +1 popular support do to being caught
unprepared to the threat of the Vraa'al.
Barons are suprisingly quiet on this move as they were
hard hit due to loss of labor and capital
Time:4 years mediocre undertaking
2. Due to the crystal mines resources drying up, the
so called Crystal Barons look to the sea for their
profits. Damaris' location in the inner sea make
whaling a potential enterprise. Some of the Barons
look to brewing alcolhal as a relief to their plight.
+1 Barons are behind anything that fills their
coffers!
(go figure)
Time:2 years. Great undertaking
3. A coast guard will be established consisting of
trained mariners. Boats to be considered for this
noble goal will be 9 cutters (30) men and 3 crusiers
(100) men. These officers and men under them will be
given the same deverence and respect as our police
force. +1 people still remember Vraa'al invasions
-1 Barons want less boats due to the Idle vessels this
will create
Time 5 years good undertaking
4. Our ruling council has extended its collective
hands to the "underground" to address gaps and
shortcomings in our great state's scholastic and fine
art indevers. Representives from both parties will
meet together to find possible solutions to a stagnent
intellect pool.
-1 barons fear a enlightend populace which will drive
wages up
-1 the council and the underground hardly see eye to
eye.
+1 burocracy will be given a chance to work
Time 3 years great undertaking
Let me know if this is an acceptable format.
Thank you
Stew
