(Two things first.  I will contiune to except actions till Keaton
resolves my actions for the year, or unless I leave before that.  Then
it will be in the hands of Keaton to end the year.  The Second is in
game announcement.)

In the later part of the year 1430 a letter bearing the Royal Seal of
Mir arrives in the countiries of Qaiyore. It reads....

Greatings to the ruler of the nation of (OOC:insert your nations name
here).

It has been many years since Mir called a meeting of the nations of
Qaiyore.  Last time it was called in the gravest of situations, for the
hordes of Sin-Alb and his corrupt Seeresses were at the door steps to
domianion and lordship of all Qaiyore.

It now has been six years since we destoryed that greatest of evils, but
steps must be taken to pervent that from happening again.  So we of Mir
once again call a Meeting of Nations.  This time instead of meeting for
war we call it for a meeting of peace.

We now invite not just thoughs large and mighty nations, but they that
are also small nations  Come to Mirabalpur on the first of Astroth in
the year 1431 Since the Rise of Ceonaian Empire.  If you wish to attend
please send a reply message.

(OOC: Their is no real point with to this meeting.  It is a setting for
potential player actions.  If you would like to try to establish
relations with nations you normal would not get a chance to talk to.  Or
other such things.  If you just want to send a Diplomat (or your ruling
monarchy or what ever) to the meeting.  You just need to write up a
little section in you actions next year saying that you are going.
Sending a Diplomate to this meeting is not an action. If you would like
to do something pecific (propose a trade alliance, start relations with
countries on the other side of the content, ect.) you will need to uses
an action for the proposal.  And unless Keaton says otherwise all NPC
nations will be at the meeting.)
