Celandra is a game in which the players take the roles of societies, rather than playing individual characters. The players will invent a society with its culture and heritage, and will guide its development and interaction with the world. Emphasis will be be placed on developing a detailed history of Celandra, along with myths and legends.

[Cel] [Ely][Amura]

Hi Michelle,

I think that a terran analogue (males onely) would have 1/4 to 1/3 as a
standing fighting force, depending on the level of conflict between the
neighbors. If you wanted to include females then it could go as high as 1/2
to 2/3 of the people. I think that a good ball-park number would be 1000
light cavalry and 1000 auxilary cavalry as the standing military force.

That all sounds good, Eric. What about the military stats, though? I can
start
thinking up the twelve tribe names this weekend if you want. Is there
anything
else we need to figure out?
