Last post goes up today and the manuscript is going through its final formatting now. If I want to have a shot at getting to press by Christmas, I need to sign contracts and write checks this week. The book is a lot longer (and therefore more expensive) than I expected but I think it turns out pretty good. Anyhow, for purposes of finality, this is the last chance to yell or ask for credit before the bluesheets go to press. If comment is not forthcoming, then silence will be taken as assent. (Sorry if that sounds harsh, I'm just trying to CYA. Once I go to print, I can't pull off the shelves for at least three years and I really don't want to get sued for something I'm paying for.
