There is already a growth of industrialism for producing Naval ships, military equipment and weapons, massive construction projects, and etc in Qaiyore. Also keep in mind that this is a Fantasy, as well as an Alternate Earth, gmel, so Qaiyore isn't your typical Middle Age thing. Something i kept pointing out in the past when i am thinking up actions, doesn't make sense to strictly define Qaiyore in a real life history of the middle ages..
