basic idea (to be elaborated _very shortly_):

1.  Naval blockade of Port Tirmar.

Kaeirean fleet begins naval blockade of Port Tirmar, in preparation for invasion.  No attacks are to be made on Port Tirmar itself

ACTION by Kaeirean Guard (Fleet and Marines).

2.  Establishment of experimental psionics school by Information Secretariat

Not sure if this is possible, can't see why not (but could understand if people don't like this idea in game turns).  

Basic idea is an supernatural enhancement to intelligence/spying/assassination techniques, of a non-magical nature.

3.  Raise secondary forces (30,000) and train for following year.

4.  Secret mission sent by Major Houses Leader, Lord Sanus Jafaarsan to Salokin.

In a highly secret and very dangerous move (to himself), Jafaarsan sends a secret envoy to Salokin to discuss reaching some form of detente between Talheran and Kaeir, in order to avoid a full-scale and very bloody war that would weaken both the Kingdom and the Republic, allowing its neighbours to fill in the power and commercial vacuum created.
