
You know, it suddenly occurred to me the other day: what do the children of the former Cedonian empress and the V'raal High Lord look like? Because while the V'raal are humanoid, they are *not* human. Indeed, if you look at the "Called and Bound" short story on the old Qaiyore website, the V'raal have an extraordinarily close resemblence in both mind and body to Grand Admiral Thrawn from the Star Wars books: dark blue skin, blue-black hair, red eyes, a talent for combat, and a deep appreciation of art. I strongly suspect that the children do not look entirely human.
