Celandra is a game in which the players take the roles of societies, rather than playing individual characters. The players will invent a society with its culture and heritage, and will guide its development and interaction with the world. Emphasis will be be placed on developing a detailed history of Celandra, along with myths and legends.

Hmmm. I honestly don't remember that. It would have been before we more
than doubled our membership though. _Eventually_ we'll want to expand
into the areas you mentioned, but I honestly can't say when. The next
step will be expanding into Parglug, Videssia, and the Northern Free
Cities.

This is definitely not the year to put a ship at Exquaestio's disposal
then, but this action might be modified to simply establishing formal
relations. I have no idea what that would involve though, and
Exquaestio's current administrative center is about a week's travel
inland.

Well, Exquaestio's generic reactions are Great (+2). It depends on
whether we go with an average or some other combination.
