I can say that Millat Shanari members are found in three groupings - the earliest converts in Port Kaeir, the new community in New Tirmaeir, but the majority have for many years been found in the Guard (being the favoured religion of the Hero of the Republic, Lord Basiluddin). The efforts of 1446 to expand were on gaining new converts outside the military (it being far more well known in the Guard and Fleet than in civilian society). Efforts were concentrated on the urban centres of Port Kaeir, New Tirmaeir, Kahshaartown and Crownsbane Keep. As to actual numbers.... I'd say no more than 8000, 5000 of which are found the Guard and Fleet.
