It makes an interesting contrast with the mystical and individualistic culture around Exquaestio. This has its problems as well, but pragmatic organization wouldn't have allowed them to develop their magic (for example) as far as they currently have. (And, indeed, trying to get the Rohain to develop their powers along structured lines would be completely hopeless.) Interesting. If I forget, remind me of this when Exquaestio expands into Cedonia. It looks like they should have some special problems when that happens.
