Celandra is a game in which the players take the roles of societies, rather than playing individual characters. The players will invent a society with its culture and heritage, and will guide its development and interaction with the world. Emphasis will be be placed on developing a detailed history of Celandra, along with myths and legends.

Well, if we lift some ideas from that story I wrote, if Yaga the
Destroyer is the goblin war-god, that suggests a certain direction for
Ice Demon military behavior. ("No, no! *First* you pillage, *then* you
burn!")

This was also in the back of my mind when I wrote that story: since most
goblin talents seem to follow idiot savant lines, Scorax the Mad, Who
Knew Too Much, seems like the obvious source of such abilities . . . as
well as explaining the rather random appearance of such talents.

I think, but I'm not sure if it's been definitively stated, that the Ice
Demons largely live of off foraging, which is part of what drives their
advances. They can also eat a lot of things humans can't or won't eat.

Bear in mind that such a divine servant would very likely be opposed.
The river has no name, AFAIK, ditto for any town.
