Celandra is a game in which the players take the roles of societies, rather than playing individual characters. The players will invent a society with its culture and heritage, and will guide its development and interaction with the world. Emphasis will be be placed on developing a detailed history of Celandra, along with myths and legends.

[Cel] Troop Strengths at Aseria

Theses figures represent my best guess estimates for troop strength for
the Western Army at Aseria at the end of 1453:

| Burcancy | 10,000 |
| Sedonia | 3,600 |
| Mir | 11,000 |
| Parglug | 15,000 |
| Total | 39,600 |

I think that all Kaeir's troops were recalled to the Republic after 3rd
Squadron's fiasco, but I could be wrong. If the Kaeiran survivors
retreated to Aseria instead of Kaeir, then the total troop strength is
more like 40,100.

I'm also assuming that Burcancy hadn't yet fully mobilized & deployed
its troops by the end of the year, and that Parglug has fully deployed,
and taken losses.

Now, estimated troop strength for mid-summer, 1454:

| Burcancy | 30,000 |
| Sedonia | 20,296 |
| Mir | 11,000 |
| Parglug | 15,000 |
| Total | 75,296 |

Assumptions:
* Burcancy fully mobilizes and deploys its forces. Going by the military
rules and the 1448 population, Burcancy's total army is about 36,000.
* Sedonia successfully sends two legions of infantry and eight ala of
cavalry overland through Tanimbar to reinforce II Legion, as well as
sending 1,800 replacements for II Legion. (this will be one of my
actions this turn)
* Tanimbar does not send troops.
