Nice choice :) Rhudyn's official population is currently 210,000, and Tana snipped off a part of their territory a generation or so back. (Oh, and they have a quaestae population of 237 at the beginning of 1455.) I've been assuming that Rhudyn is basically a colonial area of the Free Cities, similar to Junder until they revolted and established their own government, but you can certainly go another direction with it if that's what you want. Between the revolt in Junder and the Ice Demon invasion I figure Rhudyn pretty open for anything.
