Celandra is a game in which the players take the roles of societies, rather than playing individual characters. The players will invent a society with its culture and heritage, and will guide its development and interaction with the world. Emphasis will be be placed on developing a detailed history of Celandra, along with myths and legends.

Action 1: Secret Service (+2,+1,+2,+1,+1,+1)
Weight: Strategic, Final
Description: After nearly twelve years, Raden Ghere has nearly finished 
his rebuilding of Sedonia's intelligence apparatus. Soon, the network 
will be fully operational.
Difficulty: Hard
Subparts:

Action 2: The New Tirmaeir Conference
Weight: Single
Description: The Sedonians send Foreign Minister Finn as their 
representative to the talks on partitioning Taltheran. He brings with 
him the 3rd Sedonian Partition proposal (see the Files section of 
website), which is a minor modification of the 2nd Mirrish proposal. 
Finn's instructions are to try for the 3rd Sedonian proposal(+3 or 
better success), but settle for the 2nd Mirrish proposal. Finn is also 
to negotiate a free hand for Sedonia in Zelkor.
Difficulty: Normal
Sub-parts:
    * Negotiate with the Mir
    * Negotiate with Kaeir
    * Negotiate with any other interested parties
    * Murphy Factor

Action 3: Putting the Pieces in Play
Weight: Single
Description: Sedonia begins putting its troops in position for the 
eventual partition of Taltheran. Most of III Legion's cavalry is sent on 
deep recon patrols north of the border into Kajir, while the main body 
of III Legion marches northeast to a rendezvous with II Legion & II 
Legion's cavalry, about halfway between Zayura & Pran. Legions VI & VII 
are shifted to the northern border, while Legions I & IV are ordered to 
march quickly across Tanimbar to Vizinia. General Martros sells the 
Legion hospital facilities in Aseria to the local Duke for one gold 
imperial.
Difficulty: Overall, Normal

Action 4: Through a Glass, Clearly (x,x,x,x)

Description: Ion of Thalsedon continues his experiments in lens 
grinding, hoping to design a corrective lens for the near-sighted.
Difficulty: Hard

    * Find the right shape for the lens
    * Develop a grinding technique
    * Obtain materials
    * Chance factor
