[Cel] Rhudyns population again

After giving a history I would like to justify why I believe that Rhudyns
population is lower than it should be. One reason given for Rhudyn having a
lower population was that it is a mountain land. That is true for some
part, but in our history we know that fertile mountains can support life
fairly easily, besides when mages can manipulate the land for an advantage
of producing food for communities it helps some. Also all of Rhudyn is not
mountains, in fact a very large trade route runs right along side of almost
all of its coast. This would cause the three main port cities to have a
very high population. There is also a lot of land stretching from the coast
to the mountain range, this land most certainly holds many farms, ranches,
fields, mines, villages, and larger towns.
The land has been united continuously even when under foreign control
and have suffered only one major war,(not counting cedonia) losing their
grip on the straight.(might I add that when this piece of territory was held
by rhudyn, this would have also greatly affected their population) Many
patriots and loyalist would have fled to Rhudyn controlled soil, others
would have stayed hoping to help their country gain control again some day.
A long running well established and controlled government and society will
always have a great effect on a population. Its just a few thoughts, hope
it backs up my reasoning.
