minutes in which pretty much nobody else can access the Phoenyx' website,
too.

Please don't use uncompressed graphics formats like BMPs.  JPGs, GIFs,
PNGs, those are all good.

We're negotiating a bigger pipe, but bandwidth
is expensive here in flyover country, and bear in mind we fund the Phoenyx
entirely out of our own pockets here.
