Celandra is a game in which the players take the roles of societies, rather than playing individual characters. The players will invent a society with its culture and heritage, and will guide its development and interaction with the world. Emphasis will be be placed on developing a detailed history of Celandra, along with myths and legends.

[Cel] Mirrish Actions 1459

Actions 1: Make them one
 
Mir will be spending this year incoperating Tal into the Mystical Realm.  Their will be several focus this year.  The first will be to stablize the city and the country side.  With Mir successful conquest last year made it so that no blood has had to be shed.  The Mirrish goverment goes into Tal to help stablizie the administration of the city and the country side.  They are going to look through the ranks of the old guilds for talented members to join the goverement.  What remains of the guild armies and the national army will be dismantled, and any who wish it will be invited to join the Mirrish army.  While at this stage they would not be granted any critical roles, and will be spread among the troops.  Also any local population who wish to join are also invited.  The last and proble most important aspect will be the Wizards Guild.  Mir will only occupy the Guild Hall itself.  They will not ships any of the artifacts or books back to Mirabalpur.  While they Wizards Guild as it
 once stood is gone, Mir has created the Sect of Tal.  The current Guild leadership shall be not be removed, but shall be placed over the Sect, which all the current members of the wizards guild will be part of.  The current head of the Sect shall meet with the council of twelve.  A similar thing has been successful done when the Myr-Kun Sorcerers were incorperated into the Brotherhood of Sorcerery.

Action 2 & 3: Tanimbar
 
Mir is sending Riacradsa to Tanimbar to help.  Ria will be spending the year looking at the troops condition.  She will also focus a lot on the troops that have manage to work out strategies.  She will be looking at them to see what has helped them.  She will also spend much of the years encouraging her troops.
 
The Mirrish troops will help join the Tanimbar and Burcancy troops in attacking the Goblin strongholds.  This is where Mir will bring in its mage artillery, and more importantly Mir will bring in its one of its dragons.

Action 4: The Church of the Creator.
 
The High Priest of the Creator will lead the Churches officals that will serve in Corryn.  When they arrive they will begin to cordinate with the Holy Tower of the South the governing of Corryn.  They will also begin to set for the adminstering and protecting of the Protectoret.
