Greetings, we write this correspondence to inform you that despite your refusal to recognize them as such, Zelkor is a member of the Midsea Federation and Tanimbar will support them in this time of your unwonted aggression.
The Tanimbar navy will support Zelkor with supplies and by taking any who wish to leave from the city. Our forces have been ordered not to attack Sedonian forces unless they or those under their protection are attacked. However, any attack or hindrance of Tanimbar forces or those under their protection will be viewed as a breach of the Midsea Federation Treaty and further action may be required by all members of the Midsea Federation.
For the peace and cohesion of the Midsea, we hope you will see the folly of your actions and withdraw your forces. However, Tanimbar will honor its signing of the Midsea Federation Treaty and support Zelkor.

Action 1: Troop Movements
Due to Sedonia's actions against Zelkor and to prevent any Sedonian aggression, 3/4 of the army is being moved to the border forts along the Sedonian border. The remaining 1/4 will fortify the goblin lines until this crisis is resolved.
