[Cel] [Actions] Shanari 1461

Events within the Shanari Commonwealth:

The Kurat brothers, after finding a few sizeable nuggets of gold on the edge
of the river, relise that they're harvesting of these beuties are making the
natives very uneasy. Though they abandon their search, Oliat fashions one of
the nugets into a necklace for his wife, and finds a merchant who is willing
to take it back to her (for a small fee of another gold nugget).

Much to the distaste of the Faymiyuniyya, Olab ay-Bolari continues his odd
hiring practices, and his successes bring him power.

Actions:

Action 1:
Ereli ab Liam ay-Martusam aj-Baratiyyah, the Boy-Prophet, Speaker for Sin
Sudan, spured by his successes, continues his pilgrimage of revival to the
south and to the east. His sister continues to watch over him, and convince
him not to travel to the capital.
 Difficulty: Normal
Modifiers:
+ Ereli can demonstrate the his ablity to speak to ancestors as well as his
ability to speak to the old gods.
- All of the tribes he is now visiting, are either strongly Milat, or have
vested interest in being Milat
Subparts:
The willingness of the Moriyah to accept his claims
The willingness of the Mor'Nagb to accept his claims
The willingness of the Jabuar to accept his claims
The ablity of his sister to keep him out of trouble

Action 2:
Qar an-Naqmah, noticing that other caravans tend to avoid the western rock
plains, even though it shortens the jouney to Kelshiri, decides that for the
common good (and his own profit), he will share his family secret of the
paths through the western rock plains. He does this by drawing, copying, and
selling a map.
Subparts:
The accuracy of the map
The usefullness of the map
The intrest of the other tribes
The intrest (and awarness) of peoples outside of the Commonwealth

Action 3:
With the Milakanur acceptance of Milati worship, the Faymiyuniyya pour money
into the construction of a Tower in Jabau. They stick within the agreement
of no proselyting, but they also do try to make the lot of life for Jabau
Milati obviosly better (and thus raise interest in the religion). This also
opens up limited trade between Jabau Milati and the Commonwealth, and many
of the Jabuar tribe within the Commonwealth offer very good deals to the
Jabau Milati, not only because they are often distant family but also to try
and gain political favour with the Faymyuniyya.
Subparts:
The degree to which the Milakanur guards in Jabau have actually stopped
persecuting the Milati
The interest the flamboyant building of the tower garners among non-Milati
Jabau
The interest the favorable trade dealings garners among non-Milati Jabau
The extent this intrest translates into conversion

Action 4:
Maqya ay-Qarnayyad, a commander in the Core Army, itching for glory, tries
to find support from various members of the Council for a campaign against
the rebelious and heathen Kelshiri cult of Dwi Coatl.
Modifiers:
- There is little evidence that Dwi Coatl are openly rebelious, or that
sending the Army would do anything productive.
Subparts:
Convincing Council members of the Faymiyuniyya
Convincing Council members of the Moderates
Convincing tribal delegates to the Council
Convincing other members of the Council
