Well, it is the Torphan border but Tanimbar isn't sure the Torphan's border is right up against us. Because of Torphan's policy of isolation, Tanimbar doesn't have a accurate map of the Torphan border because no major contact has ever been made with Torphan on that border. That border was established as a "this is what we can control" sort of thing. I may be wrong. I wasn't playing (obviously) when Tanimbar was created, so I may have it wrong.
