Celandra is a game in which the players take the roles of societies, rather than playing individual characters. The players will invent a society with its culture and heritage, and will guide its development and interaction with the world. Emphasis will be be placed on developing a detailed history of Celandra, along with myths and legends.

[Cel] Why no Tanimbar action for 1464

Yeah, you'll probably just have to roll a event for the goblins on how far they go over the mountains and whether the Torphani notice that there is goblins in the mountains now. I don't intend to follow them into the mountains. That would be bad. Doug

line in the sand. The borderlands in that area are forested hills and
Appalachian-style mountains, so the Torphani might not notice the
goblins right away.

Because of Torphan's policy of isolation, Tanimbar doesn't have a accurate map of the Torphan border because no major contact has ever been made with Torphan on that border. That border was established as a "this is what we can control" sort of thing. I may be wrong. I wasn't playing (obviously) when Tanimbar was created, so I may have it wrong. Please feel free to correct my error if there is one. Doug
