Cool! I haven't heard of "Blue Rocket" but I'm not surprised that someone
else came up with a similar super.

DESCRIPTION:
Nobody knows where Bottle Rocket came from or who he really is. At his most
drunk, BR has been known to brag that he "usb to worv ver NAZA" which
probably means he used to work for NASA. He has demonstrated practical
knowledge of rocketry on several occaisions (most notably on the 4th of
July when he used thousands of fireworks to foil the Emmulsifier's plan to
make The City high in saturated fats).
BR likes being a superhero since it gives him plenty of time to Get Good
and Drunk and to fly around aimlessly. He's no coward, though, and
earnestly tries to fight any crime he happens to come across (until he
passes out on a rooftop somewhere and sleeps it off).
BR's costume is a bright red body-suit with white gloves, boots, and trim.
He doesn't wear a mask (it gets in the way of his drinking) and appears to
be a caucasian male in his early 30's, with a 3-day growth of beard.
