The Mid-Min-Max tables look better if they're integrated into one big 
chart, like this:

  Damage        ~~ Relative Degree ~~
  Factor        1    2, 3   4, 5    6+
Very High    Graze  H      H + L   ALL

Even           G    L      M       H
Low           G    --     L       M
